These calls are so annoying and happen 2 and3 times a day, I block a number and the next time they call switching around the digits nothing works to stop them. I am on the Do Not Call list and it doesn't matter. Annoying. We don't answer numbers we don't recognize. We are on the do not call list. Doesn't seem to make any difference anymore.,Calls daily hang up before answering machine turns on .annoying wish they would stop calling or at least have the courtesy, to leave a message

Scammers don't care if you're on the DNC list. You could look into a call blocker that blocks entire area codes.

Just received a call from this number.  They hung up immediately when I answered with, "North Precinct, Fraud Division".

Call from WFC.  Left no message.  Clear SCAM.

WCF called left no message - have gotten calls from them before using different numbers.

Idiots called at 08:13 this morning. Caller ID shows WCF. I called the number back and get a recording " You havae reached the Womens Cancer Fund inquiry line, please........" .  If I wanted to contribute to a charity, I would give directly, not to some call center soliciting funds where the actual amount given is only about 5%, and they keep the rest.  Phoey.
