Recorded message that says, "Your IRS taxes have not been paid." You are then instructed to press 1 to be connected to a specialist and to press 2 to be removed from their list.

Said they were calling about tax assistance. I told them I didn’t need any tax assistance.

I haven’t paid my taxes in years. For assistance press 1 to be removed press 7. Who the hell sells our information to these people. I’ve pressed the to be removed from the other times they’ve called. I called number back an all I got was a hello. No thanks for calling such and such.  Plus the recording is speaking to someone from Australia!

After reading previous posts, I believe the unidentified caller that left no message was hoping to glean personal info in order to perpetrate a scam of some kind. Number blocked!
Caller left no message that would identify the caller or the reason they were calling me. I presume since the number is not in my contacts, and given the fact that no message was left, I can only presume they were on a phishing expedition trying to glean personal info in order to perpetrate a scam. Unsafe, scammer!
