phone record on phone says call came from haiti!!!
I hung up.

They called me and said all the same! I asked where he was calling from, He said Washington DC, he already had my address and phone number, so I started questioning him! He was some piece of [***] from India and you could hear the call center behind him. He gave me an officers number and badge (Officer Jason Tylor IRM 51049) for taxes from 2008-2013, I laughed and said, funny I was in Iraq all through that time, and he said, we will have to get back with you!!! And hung up. I think with all the China, Russia and India BS going on, it’s time to stop doing business with them ASAP.

I got the call 509-492-5018 two days in a row. Told me if I didn't pay $15000.00 I would be arrested by the IRS in 1 hour.
I told them I would be waiting on the front porch so come on.
SCAM!!!!
