2 Calls today from two different numbers with the same female voice message stating that IRS was filing a lawsuit against us. This is a scam and it needs to be stopped.

Same thing. Claims to be IRS and a lawsuit is being filed against me... blah blah ... lol !! Don't fall for it ..

IRS Scam. They left 2 auto voicemails. Answered their 4th call in same day, then had so much fun pretending to fall for it, then did a sudden 180 demanding my 20 years of taxes returned back. They got vulgar, I got worse. They hung up like a baby.

The following was transcribed from Google Voice, and the voice was actually a robotic text-to-voice...

"This is Officer Maria Gomez from the Social Security Administration. This is to inform you that your social security number has been suspended due to some reasons. We request you to call us back on 509. I repeat it 509-570-5163. Thank you."

Said they were from Social Security & there is a problem with my social security number.  I hung up.

Received 3 voice messages this morning with the same recorded female voice stating that "This message is for you. A legal complaint has been received from the Social Security Administration under your social security number and your driver license number. We have received a legal complaint to block your social security number immediately. So before we go ahead and legally block your social security number, kindly call us back on our number that is 509-570-5163. I repeat 509-570-5163."

The call came at 6:36 AM, 8:04 AM and 9:08 AM PST. It's obviously a scam to get people to give up personal information to be used in theft of their identity. DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER BACK! The Social Security Administration does not call people directly. If they want to contact you it would be by direct physical mail (not email).

I have received 3 calls from this number.  They leave a message each time saying that there has been a legal complaint on my social security number and that it will be blocked.  Must be a scam.

Called my cell today at 1:43pm.  I answered knowing that it was a scam call.  Sure enough, it was recorded message stating that a complaint had been filed against my SS number and my driver's license!  Asked me to call 509 570-5163.  Just tried to call and there was a fast busy signal.  Now blocked!

Two calls today saying they were the Social Security Administration with a legal complaint against SS# and Drivers License # and the SS# will be blocked.  I need to call back.  I find it interesting that other folks say they were told it was IRS . . . and SS Administration for us.  SCAM!!!   SCAM!!!  SCAM!!!

Call indicated it is a Second  attempt to reach me and if I don’t call back I will be ordered to appear before a judge
