Called at 5:00 from 509-588-7570 said we are being sued, called them back and they could barely speak English. Hung up and found this sit. What a scam! Different phone number but same message.

The caller ID said  Benton, Washington  and the supposed agent sounded Asian, and could not understand her...she claimed two people in our household were being taken to court because of fraudulent tax documents? When she talked to us she could not answer specific questions, but said she would fax tax documents to a specific number... That was not our home

June 16, 2015 Just received  a scam phone call form 509 588-7383 stating "I am being sued by the IRS and stated I should call them back for more detail about this law suit.  I never called.  This phone number is listed in Benton, WA.

I got the same call....so far, 4 different times -- last Friday (3 different times) and this a..m. My instructions also said to call (509) 588-7383 and the caller ID was Benton city, WA.  I of course, did to call, but it IS getting annoying!!!

Received a call from a 509-588-7165.  Person was hard to understand and had an Indian accent. Claimed to be with the IRS that a lawsuit was filed against me and that he had spoken to me numerous times.  After persistently telling him 4 times that he had not spoken to me before, he hung up.

509-588-7308  claims to be from IRS.  Called them back and sounds like one of those overseas call centers.  Heavy accent and of course claimed he is from the IRS.  Even gave me some phony address in Washington DC even though the call came from Benton City WA.

Just received a call saying I was being sued by the IRS this was an automated message requesting me to call 509 588-7314.  When I called phone rings no answer .

They claimed to be the IRS and that they were filing a lawsuit against me. When I called back and asked who exactly she was she hung up. She sounded Hispanic with broken English. The caller ID said Benton City, WA.

My home phone number is 509-588-xxxx and I have used it since 2008. Recently I often receive phone call to ask me if this is IRS. I believe somebody embezzled my phone number with IT technology and try to cheat money from people.

Same as others, recording suggested that this was the final call I'd recieve, or I'd be taken to court. The recording said I could refer to my local IRS or call a number back. The number came from  509-588-7366

I just received the same call.  The caller was very demanding, he knew my name or anything about me!  He said I am to appear in court tomorrow and that I am defrauding the IRS....and I would go to jail, then he asked me to pay over three thousand dollars today.  I told him the IRS doesn’t call and I hung up the phone.  I suffer from PTSD and I had to take medicine immediately after that call, that’s just how upset he made me!
