    Robo call claiming that the IRS is about to file a lawsuit against me and if I want more information I need to call them back and discuss payment options.  Needless to say, this is a scam.  Don't call them and don't give them any personal information.  And for heaven's sake, do NOT give them any money!!

    Just received the same call.  They actually left a message on my voicemail.  Claimed they were the IRS and they were going to file a lawsuit against me.  This is not how the IRS works.  People need to beware.
