Claimed that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.  Call is from Washington state.  Blocked the number.

Beware this a scam please Google IRS phone scams and see it here a number to report them1800 366 4484. This scammers told me I was going to jail a warrant was out for me they acted like a officer fake case number fake ID number they are in a call center in a diffent country never call them back they try to scare people into believing them use common sense and tell people about this.

Received the usual IRS scam call from this number.  Very threatening tone.  Next time they get the air horn.

i have received this message several times on my answering machine but never responded. irs only comminicates with mail.

This is a scam call allegedly from IRS saying I owe money.  This scam needs to be stopped!

Left a message on my answering machine, claiming to be the IRS and that they had a lawsuit out on me. Said I'd better call them back ASAP. Yeah, right...Block!

Got 3 calls in 5 hrs..  Don't respond to numbers I don't recognize.  My friends at the IRS need to arrest these people and show them what the inside of a Federal Prison looks like.....

Every one Google IRS phone scams and see how many people been scammed by this scam I got the same call  telling me it was my final notice  they  had a law suit on me me out  don't call the number back.

Caller said they were calling from the IRS, and If  I didn't pay, I would be sued.

Harassing call States they are the iRS What a piece of work they must be. They need to be sent somewhere out of the US. and leave hard working people alone Don't they need a real job?

This IS a scam, I have worked for the IRS, #1 they do not used automated calling, #2.> they will ALWAYS identify whom they are speaking to, BEFORE giving any information, like that they are suing you. 'Blind' calls are totally prohibited. I call the # back, as them their name, their Supervisors name, the address to send $$$ to then I let them know they are impersonating a Treasury Department official, punishable by 10 years in prison, that they will rot in jail, then burn in Hell, Good Bye

Classic IRS Lawsuit Scam!  Do not answer.  We never answer calls from an unknown number; it went to the answering machine.  Caller ID showed Benton City, Wash.

Callers are located in India and Pakistan.  They spoof local numbers.
