Called my cell. Didn't leave a message. Spoof number because when calling back I get a message that the number is disconnected

This number called my cell phone about an hour ago and the man said, "Hi, can I please speak to the Windows User?" I told him he had the wrong number and he got upset and started trying to argue with me so I hung up and blocked the number. Definitely a scam and kind of scary.

Got a call from this number on my home phone line at 10:20 PM last night. Just tried to call the number using Google talk and got message that the number was unreachable. Definitely a scam.

Received a call from this number at 1230am (yea thats am) asking to speak to the windows user.  These people are out of the country (probably from india) and this is definately a scam.  Don't give them any information.  They argue with you and this guy actually shouted obscinities at me which I can not go into details because they are quite graphic.  I wish there was something they could do to stop these becuase the national do not call list is a joke and does not stop these lowlifes from calling.

Got call from this number and he started saying that he was calling from windows technical department. Was saying that windows server was receiving warning notification from mycomputer license id and he was asking me do I know anything about this warning issue in my laptop.
