Claims to be Microsoft & computer has virus/malware. Scam! MS never calls unless requested by you.

I keep getting calls from 510-298-4224. A male caller stating that my computer is downloading illegal soft ware.  He wanted me to start my computer & he would tell me what to do , so he could fix the problem! I asked where he was located, he said San Francisco-then another male caller insisted that I follow his direction-he said that he was in New York.. He was very rude! I hung up & disconnected my phone! This is the third time he called. He said that he is employed by Micro Soft!  I knew that it was a scam.

Called three times today trying to get access to my computer to help me with a supposed virus on my computer.

He called me with an 888-263-6384 number and I hung up... He called back a few minutes later with the 510-298-4224 Number that showed Fremont, CA on the caller ID. Tried to tell me my computer was sending unknown errors or whatever and wanted access to my computer...
