I receive a phone call from this number  510-298-5764. The person name was Alex Cooper so he say.

I received a message stating that I owe a debt and in short that If i dont get back to them with a settlement I will have all type of court fees amounting to over $3,000 and is going to leave a the number 510-298-5764

I received the same email and his name was rick owens and wanted me to send money through a money gram.

Received. Threading email to call this number you settle within.24 hours or the debt would be reported to the courts.and my employer , and to call this number to settle it. 510 298 5764

Got an email this morning at 6AM telling me I had 1 hour to pay my debt and if I didn't a warrant would be issued for my arrest. These people need to get a life. This is not the first time I've gotten these types of scam emails. So irritating!!

Got and email and a call from this number stating that if I didn't pay settlement of defaulted payday loan, they would press criminal charges.   When I asked the guy to send me validation of debt in writing, he refused to do so and hung up.  This is so nerve racketing!!!!
