Caller ID noted: SIERRA CLUB _ not answered _ no message was left.

It’s the Sierra Club. You probably ordered the “Make america green again” sticker. Don’t sign up for free stuff if you don’t want spam calls...

Called me 9 times in the last 3 minutes. Left no message.

I answered our business line and no one spoke on the other line.  CID reads Sierra Club.  So I called the # back and it was a recording from a call center for charitable and political organizations stating that they are exempt from the Do Not Call List and if I would like my # to be removed to leave it after the beep. So I did along with a message to not spoof their # and speak next time someone answers the phone.

Its either a scam or you signed up for something where you entered your own #, thus agreeing to be called or texted. But sure, blast Sierra club on twitter for your own ignorance.

Just got a call from this number....sounds like a robo call....male voice.....something about Sierra Club.  I hung up...probably a scam....others have gotten similar calls.

Just an unknown caller that left no message. I blocked the number.

OMG!!!!!! They're relentlous! They call every day, several times a day. I don't answer because my phone service gives me the "Scam Likely" caller i.d.They don't leave a message. I've since blocked the number but we'll see if they start using a different number.

Marked as "SPAM?" by Verizon (but not blocked!).

Disconnected after one ring by the service whose name shall not be used here.

There are enough postings confirming who this is. Plus consistent use of the same Caller ID is enough for me.

Sierra Club has been added to my "Never Donate" list.

If this is a spoof (not likely) than Sierra Club (and other organizations) need to bring $$$ to bear on Dumpt's FCC and the telecoms to block the originating number.

Called again today. Same number. Still blocked. Will never receive a donation.

Keeps calling, 1-3 times a week for the past month. Blocking them now but when I googled the number it seems to be a prevalent issue. No idea who they are or what they want, I typically don’t answer unknown calls unless I’m expecting one back.

Didn't leave message. Caller ID showed number and it was from California.

Call from an unfamiliar number in a California area code. Caller ID says Sierra Club. No message left when I didn’t answer. Besides, I don’t answer calls from organizations I don’t belong to and that are likely just asking for money. Blocking.

GREEEEEEEEAT.  Guess how much of my donation will actually GET to Sierra Club after I'm paying their phone monkeys more money than I make per hour?

Caller seemed fairly knowledgeable. Had a good script.
Really really wanted my credit card info over the phone though so my BS detector went off

He didn't seem to want to send an email link so I could do it securely over the net.
So I checked in here.

I called the number back liek some commenters here and got teh name of the outfit from their answering machine.

If Sierra Club endorsed this, I hope they stop.
It's sleazy as hell.
I find it entirely plausible SDNA does not have Sierra Club's blessing pretending to be them on the phone with no mention of they're being part of SDNA Tele-services whatever the hell that is.

Called @9:01am PT. Did not answer. No message.

Called my girlfriend and she answered and they said her name 4 times different scary ways then she hung up.
