"Kevin Smith" called (with an East Indian accent) told my friend I had some court stuff I need to take care of. BOGUS!!!!! it happened last year w/a Keven Jones they harrassed me about court and money I supposedly owed them. I don't owe ANYONE money. They told me something along the lines of "this issue is time sensitive. Have you attorney contact us immediately..." 10-20 TIMES A DAY. I changed my phone number. It's my belief one on the online payday loan companies sells personal info to people such as this to scam you.

These people are going to get an earful when I'm through with them. the same matter happened to my son a few months back, and he threatened them with legal action and told them to stop calling. He hasn't received another call from them... Do what you gotta do! TOTAL SCAM. Don't be intimidated by these rip-offs. Tell them to shove it you know where.

Received a call from this number yesterday.  Once I started to question him ( guy named Martin).  He got aggrevated and started to yell.  He would not give me the name of the company I supposedly owe so I told him never to call me again and if they do I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.  I think I might file a complaint anyway.
