Caller said an attempt to collect a debt call would be monitored. Legal actions pending attempted to collect money.

I rec'd a call on my work number from this number with Ext. 704 from a ken stating that they need me or my attorney to call them about a criminal charge and a notice that I never rec'd. Provide a case # and stated that I needed to call them back.

This person previously called from a 207-512 XXXX phone number and scared the hell out of me stating that it was regarding a pending legal action that needed my husbands immediate attention. When I asked for information Ken became rude and hung up. I called the number back and was directed to a 800 number. I punched this into a search engine and found a website that had a link to the FBI specifically for this number. They are illegally harassing and using intimidation tactics on family members trying to get money to "provide Help" with a criminal case. Apparently they have changed the previous number they were  calling from to this new one   510-344-2554. When You See This Number Let The caller Know That You have reported the numerous calls to the FBI as you were instructed to do, then hang up. It Worked for us!

Called. Said they had a warrant and was sending info to local PD to have me picked up on 2 felony charges. I was almost laughing too hard. They asked me if I even wanted to hear what the charges were going to be. Still laughing, I told them no, not really, just send them here to the local PD and let them handle it. Heard about this scam previously so I wasn't and still am not scared about it. Just tell them to forward the charges to your local PD & ask if they'd like the number. They'll leave you alone if they know you know they're scamming.

calls my whole family saying I have criminal charges and neither was I ever in California or lived there. I want this person reported . I'm tired of people calling my whole family and they get worked up.

These people are a real mediation service and will forward the discovery package to your county. It happened to me, my ex took the loan out in my name and I had no clue. This was done via the internet.

OK, you all-caps. SHILL! If "it happened to you" then you have all of this outfits info. POST IT!  You won't post a verifiable thing. We all know why!
