I got a call from Jennifer and Phil ( Bill Collectors from APEX) They said that they were "Going to notate my refusal to pay my bill"  This is only about the third time they have called to tell me this.  They said that it is a bill for Washington Mutual. Well it is not my  bill and I do believe that this is a form of third party disclosure and a violation of Federal Fair Debt Collection and if I knew who it was you were really trying to reach I would let them know you are violating their rights and they could go after your company bond and you as individuals.  See it is companies like you that make government regulate your kind.  Sorry folks, no commission here for you.  P.S. FOR THIS BEING TORMENTED BY THIS COMPANY FOLLOW THE FORMAT OF CEASE AND DESIST LETTER AND SEND IT CERTIFIED TO THESE CLOWNS. LET THEM VIOLATE THIS REGULATION AS WELL AND FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE ILLINOIS CONSUMER AFFAIRS OR ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE.  MAKE SURE YOU GET THE COLLECTORS NAME.

Got a call today from 510-473-0150 (also: 877-273-9765) withing seconds of one another.  Apparently APEX FINANCIAL is trying to locate someone who used to have my number.  Good luck [***]!

Steve Smith has finally got his day!The company is officially bankrupt and in a lot of trouble with the state for failure to pay into the unemployment fund!! Everyone beware because I'm sure that this is not the end of con-man Steve Smith!! He has already flopped a company on the West Coast (CA) and East Coast (PA). My best guess is that he will try to open up shop up North and/or down South!! Its so nice to see a crooked business person get his day!!!
