This is a scam . The person wants me to verify who i am and my social security number and Birthday. I will not give out that information to someone who canot even speak english very well. He yells and is beligerent. If you notice the person posted above ,The english used is not American english . They are just trying to scam you further by trying to get you to believe someone would forget a lona that they had taken out.NO one forgets a loan .When  asked who he works for he says the Legal Justice department , is that like the justice league from super friends comics.lol

This call is a complete scam.  This person stated that I was being sued and then proceeded to tell me that if I did not respond within 24 hours, "the only thing he could do was wish me good luck."  He then said that the police would be at my door the next morning to arrest me.  When I stated that I knew this was a scam, he became verbally abusive.  DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFO TO THESE PEOPLE!

I received the same phone call three times in a row from the number 999-999-9999. He claim to be from the Attorney of Records. He said his name was Officer Ellen Knot and had a heavy Indian accent. He has done the same thing before and that last time, I informed him that if he didn't stop calling me, his number would be reffered to the poilce. He stop for a little while but he has started calling my number again. IF THIS GUY CALLS YOU, DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION OUT. ALWAYS ASK WHERE HE IS CALLING FROM AND IF THERE IS ANY JUGDEMENT AGAINST YOU, IT SHOULD BE SENT IN WRITTEN FORM WITHOUT YOU GIVEN ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. IF HE INSISTS, TELL HIM HIS NUMBER SI BEING REFFERED TO THE POLICE.

I also keep getting calls from a "Richard Morgan" from this number.  He has also used the name "Lawrence (unintelligible)".  Terribly heavy Indian accent who says he's from the Federal Bureau of (unintelligible) Investigation.  He tries to say that I'm being investigated for "Internet Fraud" and that a warrant for my arrest has been made.  He also says the "sheriff's department" is going to come and arrest me.  

He has called my work and my home.  He knows the last 4 of my social security number.  He seems to know when I switch shifts from days to nights and vice versa.  He has used another number and stated then that he was calling from a "law office".  He tries to say he is the supervisor as well.  Occasionally, he puts a woman on the phone who also speaks heavily accented English (again, Indian accent).  

He has screamed at me, told me to go to hell and calls sometimes up to 30 times a day.  I have started harassing him back!!  I bang an aluminum pan on the phone for about 5 minutes and then hang up.  I'm looking for one of those police whistles that blows an ear-splitting sound to use next.

I'm documenting and recording everything to take to the AG, although I'm not sure how much help they will be.  I also have my coworkers documenting everything.

He has also used 888-888-8888, a 713 number and 213-330-2340

I also got calls from this number. The person left a voice mail that he was calling from FBCI and if my attorney or me didn't call him back then only thing he can do was wish me luck as investigation department would come after me.

Somehow he knows my home, cell and work number.

I HAVE CONTINUELY RECIEVED CALLES FROM THIS  PHONE NUMER AND LISTED AS UNKNOWN CALLER AS WELL FROM 7:00 AM TO 10:00PM ON A DAIALY BASIS INCLUDING WEEKENDS,  "STATING HE IS AN OFFICER, WHICH I CAN BARELY UNDERSTAND HIS ENGLISH IS SO POOR AN WON'T LET YOU GET A WORD IN TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS, AND YHREATS TO SEE ME IN COURT, IF NOT SHOW UP IN COURT ONE OF HIS ASSOCIATES WILL "TAKE CARE OF ME"       THIS GUY'S ENGLIS IS SO POOR ,, HOW CAN HE CE ANY TYPE OF OFFICER?   WANNA BE  ANOTHER ILLEGIAL  OR OUT SOURCED TO iNDIA  DEBT COLLECTORS,,  i FEEL i AN A VICTIM OF IDENITY THEFT,  NOW HAVE TO DEAL WITH SOME FOREIGNER WHO BARELY SPEAKS eNGLISH, LET'S BAN TOGETHER TO STOP THIS HARRASSMENT

Someone called me from a Unknown number
When I called it back they said I owed money for a payday loan I took out in 2010
Never applied for a payday loan.  Hung up on the guy because he wouldn't send me a letter stating how much debt I owe.
Then he called back and said he was Officer someone and left a voice mail message on my phone. Will be reporting this number to the FBI.
