this is a legitimate federal department. i checked with my local county of Alabama. they are helpful and they accepted my request to cancel my arrest warrant i just paid them my warrant bill and now relaxed. thank you for being helpful

The caller is an indian man claiming he is a Detective named Gary Smith he will tell you he has a warrant for your arrest and the cops are on the way, one problem this number is a magic jack number and the police department doesn't use magic jack. After I said come and get me I will be home all day he told me to [***] and lick his ass, I said cops don't talk like that. He became more rude and then told me to go [***] myself, I stated back to him I know your a scam and stop calling this number and several number's have been reported to the FBI.

People don't let this person scam you, keep in mind the police department is never going to call if they have a warrant for your arrest.

Got this number calling our facility line multiple times a week.  Guy is indian.  This time he stated he was from The National zero of Crominal Investigation.  Dude, before you try to scam representing American Govt offices, at least learn proper english.

Said his name was Paul Greene, even spelled it for me.  I asked for his name, his supervisors name, (Bob White-yeah right), and got another number (510) 473-4958 from our caller ID.  I will check to see if we can have this number blocked from calling our facility.

It's a scam.  don't waste your time arguing with an idiot.  he will beat you down with experience.

The post by Suzan from 7/27 is a scam - this is NOT a legitimate federal department.  Don't believe a word these scammers say!  See posts below from legitimate law enforcement.  There is no National Bureau of Crime Investigation and you can't pay off a warrant in this country!  As previous post stated, police don't call you when they have a warrant, they just serve it!  Please don't anyone be foolish enough to give these people any money under any circumstances!!

Just got a call from this number too.  Thick Indian accent saying he is a Richard Campbell calling.  Sounds like a scam.
