just called my business line.  I have received calls from this number over the last several days but didn't get a chance to answer.  I just answered and there was no one there, and then they hung up.

This number has called me repeatedly but never leaves a message.  I do not answer calls unless I know who is calling.  I dialed the number back from a blocked number and and discovered google voice number, it said, "State your name to be connected.." or something like that.    I did not connect to the owner of the number, though.  My guess is that it's a political campaign of some kind, asking for votes.  That's no excuse not to leave a message and to call repeatedly.

So frustrating!! this number just calls and hangs up. I dont answer unless i know who is calling. i dont even what them hearing my voice!
