Some guy wanting to speak to an employee regarding our IT needs. He stated that they offered a complete IT solution for companies. I mentioned to him that we already have an IT department that handle all of our needs and continued to question him what exactly will his company offer us. He kept going back to the whole "complete IT solution". I got fed up and sent him to the bottomless pit voicemail. Typical cold call which the caller tries to avoid answering questions. Don't waste your time with these dumb@$$e$

repeat pest, some sort of computer scam

Had a guy calling for someone no longer with our company. After informing him of such I asked him what is name was, his company, and what the call was in regards to. He simply just stated "IT". I questioned him again regarding his name and company. He replies "Nevermind" and hangs up.

What a loser. Typical cold caller. The more questions you ask the less likely they are willing to go on. If they do chose to go on they'll just beat around the bush. Just continue pressing them for specific answers to your questions. Caller ID = MicroMender

This person was trying to get patched to our IT administrator. He also tried to talk to a managing partner, which we had to decline since the name he provided was someone that was no longer with the firm. He kept asking about the size of the business and that’s when I shut down the conversation. He was a very rude individual that was very invasive in the conversation. He claimed that he would hunt me down and find out where I lived. I hung up.

Had a Darrell from Micro Menders called yesterday asking first for the manager and then when I asked him to specify he wanted to speak to the CFO. I then asked him why he was calling he said "IT". I informed him that the CFO doesn't deal with IT and he replied "well it's business so I want to talk to the CFO." I told him that was the wrong person to speak to and for him to specify what about his company does in regards to IT. Somehow that lit a fuse for him and he yelled "Who the HELL are you to ask me all of this?" Before I could respond he hung up.

Very rude and unprofessional. I looked them up on yelp and there was a review for 1 star from 2012. It doesn't seem like their business practice has changed. I've also contacted them on their website informing them of the incident.

Individual called asking to speak to the company's previous president who hasn't been with the company for some time, and when I informed them of this they asked to speak to the current president which I replied that they're not available and could take down their information and have them return their call. They asked for their name and that's when became hesitant to share any information considering they're working with old information. I then asked what the intent of their call was and he responded with "IT". We have an IT department and they usually call or email us directly, so that's when I knew it was a sales call. He asked again, rudely, if I could give them our current president's information and before I could reply with a no they hung up. Felt relieved when they did. Avoid giving any details to this individual.

This guy keeps calling. Asks for an employee and is a rude @$$hole who thinks he is clever and can easily scam us. He also asks for employees are have not been employed with us. He says it is about IT and won't give out any information.
