So it looks like this number is a scam artist..and he calles his self David Thompson what do they get out of this anyway..I dont have money so what do they want, my credit is 0 so what are they calling me for...thing is they have my ss# wtf

same stupid message officer david thompson sounds like hes reading from the script..speaks a lil better english than the rest of them u usually call from different numbers with the indian accent, complete scam he must work alone with the labtob walking around what ever country he's in , calling from a cell, I also know and have seen other post on here he calls from other numbers

510-545-7700 is calling and threatening me at my job.  They have my social security number and I am very concerned.

got a call from this number.  he says his name is officer alex stewart.  can't understand when he talks.  It does sound like he's reading from a script. which he says is an affidavit.  they have my ss# too.

Complete fraud saying they have social security number and are investigating and putting a law suit against you...that if you don't call back, they take it that you are running from law.

I know they got my info from an online cash loan I filled out on the net. however, they don't really have all the info and they are fishing for more info. DON'T BELIEVE IT.

I called the payday loan company that started it and they said they new this was going on and were investigating it and not to give them any info. That they would eventually stop.

They only had my last 4 digits. If they really have your whole SS number you need to fill out a form with bank that says you are being a victim of identity fraud.

Since he uses different numbers it is hard to pursue. The FBI has a web site you can fill out a form on, however, if you haven't actually had money lost - it is hard to pursue

Don't believe it - explain it to your company - that this is a fraud.

either tell them you KNOW IT IS A FRAUD, or just don't answer forever. That is what the one company I reported it to told me to do.

got a call from this number. guy says he is officer so and so i couldnt understand him him said i owe money and in order to stop legal action i need to pay up . who the hellare these people im sick of getting these threats.

I got a call from this jerk, what a scam!!!! He was talking about a cash advance place that I did over 10 years ago. You can't even go after a debt that old. He would not give me any information regarding this claim so I knew it was a scam, I hope the catch him

This number has been calling us claiming to be an Alex Stuart from the financial investigation bureau. He is very rude and is claiming that I took a loan from cash advance and owe $10,000. He has an Indian accent. He also has references which include my daughter and my ex-husband's family.

received a call today atleast 10 times the person was threatning my mother that since my sister took cash loan from them they will come arrest everyone; luckly as soon as i got this call the first time i googled the number and read everyone's response and when he called again told him that we all are not paying his cash and we are ready to get arrested he hung up!

This guy told me to western union money to an "officers name" to make my payment. I owed thousands of dollars, but they would settle for only 700. TOTAL scam. I knew from the moment he told me to western union it.

this is the guy that keeps calling me at work and on my cell..he has my ssn! says my local sherriff dept will be picking me up from work. i asked him to provide me with back up, he will not. very threatening..but definitely a scam because i know i don't owe this. you can't call the number back, it beeps and hangs up. he even got upset with me because i told him to go back to his country and i couldn't understand a word he was saying.
