Just got a phone call from this number 510-545-7860. He introduced himself as US Federal Investigator, I think that he told me his name, but his accent was little too heavy, I think he say Matthew. He told me my name and my home address to verify that he is talking to the right person. He ask me not to curse at him that the phone is recorded and that he is trying to help me not to be federally prosecuted. When I ask him why would I be federally prosecuted he acted surprised that I do not know, but he was willing to give me that information. So he told me that because I take some cash advances(I never did)  and forgot to pay it back now there is charges pressed against me. He was willing to help me to get it all striating out   and give me a chance not to be charged. I told him that I will take my chances in court .. he just hang up
