Stated calling for Hudson Law representing Attorney Mike Williams. Could not tell me what it was about.Had left a voice message stating they had my social security I was in big legal mess if I did not return call.   Asked for my lawyers phone number and the guy put another person on the phone said he was Roger Gelb.    Affidavit Liitgation.  I told them to proceed with the action.

what happend did they do anything??

I keep getting calls from this number also - cell and at my work.  I can't understand what the person on the phone is saying - He has a terrible Indian Acent and each time he calls he uses a different name and tells me I am in terrible trouble.  I hang up and ignore this person

They are a fraud.  They just have your personal information because you probably applied for a payday loan and these people hacking into the payday loan system and obtained your personal information.  They use that against you to try and scam money out of you.  They can't legally do anything to you.  I know because this is the third fake company calling me trying to scam us out of money since we applied for a payday loan.  Tell them you are going to press charges and they will leave you alone.  That's what we do to get them to stop calling.  They always sound indian and talk real unprofessional for a whatever type of company they say they are.  Once you start asking questions they get mad and threaten or hang up.

i just received two calls within minutes after i threatened to press harrassment charges against a company that keeps calling me and now i have criminal charges pending against me for 3 different cyber crimes with a cash advance company on the interent that i have never had an advance with.
I guess we will see wat happens.  I asked for a Validation of Debt to be sent to me and he got all huffy and hung up on me...If u get one of these calls ask for a Validation of Debt and they have to send it to you or there is no real case against you.

I got a call from these people this morning saying they are from the Hudson Law Firm in San Francisco, California.  I asked them what the situation was about and they went on to tell me about 5 counts of fraud in an affidavit they had against me.  So when they finished saying their script.  I asked them for a copy of the paperwork and they told me they did not have to send me anything.  So I asked them for their name and address and he asked me for what I told them I wanted them for my personal files and they hung up on me.  Wow, what a mess.

Call the FBI and tell them about it. I have been dealing with these guys for a few years now. The FBI told me to contact the Federal Trade Commission because it is a Nigerian Trade scam. Don't cooperate with them. They route their numbers through their computers so it seems like they are calling from the U.S.A. They use Anglican names so it looks like they are from here, but they're not. If you are really curious, ask them to repeat your social to you so you can see if they really have it or not. They will get angry and mean with you, however, but don't let them intimidate you. Sorry to say, though, there really isn't much you can do to stop the calls unless you change your number but then someone else might get the calls and your information if they really have it. I ignore them. Good luck.

My wife received a call from this number but the number on caller ID was different 253-243-1948 but they told my wife to tell me to return my call to this number..People told me was under legal mess in co. and said for lawyer to call them well I said tell your lawyers to call police here if I was under arrest or any legal problems they hung up and after a year they started again..

they cant do anything since they are NOT a legitimate company or law firm like they claim.

from a mark johnson at 510 545 8942 very bad accent threatening something about federal and wished me goodbye and good luck said I am in a lot of serious trouble.  didn't sound right wanted my attoryney or myself to get in touch ...with knew it didn't sound right so I googled the number and came up with alot of fraud on this number.

they are calling us demanding money on cash check type thing and never had very one. they have my son ss#. when they call comes up payphone then they give you 5105458942 to call back with american names but ate foreigners thru and thru.

Another call, will it ever stop? This time he claims to be Jack Brown with Hudson Law firm.

I have received 5 calls today alone fom this same number, they say exacatly the same thing they say to all the callers comments I have read, always a script, always unable to understand them and they area relentless......calling from 510-545-8942

I too have had the same calls and let me tell u u don't have to worrie about any thing they can not threaten and say that u will go to jail or Evan say that they are going to charge u with a crime it's not illegal to owe someone money

IT Was hilarious  I called back their Phone and said I was the Att. Told them to repeat my Clients soc sec #  THEY stammered and didn't know what to say  they hung up on me I kept calling back to really get them going  I then said The FBI would like their address and the nature of their call was for what purpose  THEY HUNG UP then  I called so many time back to them  they put their phone on instant Voice Mail!!  lolol  I then waited blocked my number and talked like them  (their accent)  THEY were so confused they didn't know what to do. I told them in the same voice as them that HOW can they have a name like that When I asked for their birth  Name they hung up on me again!!!!  ITs all a FAKE and they are not what they say  they just are trying to get money out of you to pay for some Fake debt.  PLease do not send them any money!!  BUT  sorry to say some people really do think they are in trouble and send them money  YIKES!!!  BElieve me folks ITs all CRAP   I did call the local Police on this matter and They told me the same thing  CALL the FBI and tell them whats going on . They will go after them.  HOPE THIS HELPED   bye for now.....

Dont Take any of it serious  Trust Me they are a Fraud and they are calling from India  they just route there signal through a California Pc.  THEY all FAKE trying to get money from you!!!  DOnt even give them the satisfation of getting angry on the phone kill em with Kindness  They will hang up on YOU first  LET THEM!!!  I was told to call Federal Trade Commision  I did so and filed a Report  They told me then to file a report with the Stat Attorny Generals office  I did that as Well.   THEN when I did that I called that number back about 15 times and had a whole lot of Fun with them  THEY were so mad at me and got super upset with me They put on their auto answering message on So I couldnt call them  Then I left about 20 Messages on it.  They will never forget who I am ever!!  There is No Michael Williams  or any other American Name   I asked them what their Birth name was....because With Accent you have  its Probally  KOOS KOOS  ALLABABA  or something like that  .....of course they hung up!!!  lol  They don't have any real important info on you.....They say they do  But could never come up with your full Soc Sec #  only the last 4   so don't get mad get even Call the proper Authority's and It will be taken care of.....If anything laugh at them when they call and watch they will stop calling!!!  bye for now...
