My son was also scammed by a Michael Foti of Five Star Recruiting affiliated with Go Big Recruiting and Five Star Recruiting. All have some affiliation with these phone numbers. Domain names created under fake names such as Michael Fenske or Mike Fenske or Mike Foti or Michael Foti. Do not give him any money - HE IS A FAKE.

He is preying off of innocent kids who honestly want a scholarship to college. He proclaims to have played college football and has all of these connections to D1 colleges - do not believe the story. We have filed a complaint with the Saddle Brook NJ police Dept. He took $1,500 from us and never did anything for our kid last year.

I want to make clear to anyone who is confused. MJF College Football Recruiting  ( web site ) mjf-collegefootballrecruiting.com  is not affiliated with the mike fonti person you mention above- him using me as a "fake name". Well i cant speak of that- i dont know him. But lets get it straight- my company is a fully registered legal company and there is no b.s about it. My bio is on my web site- my home info home number. I have helped a lot of prospects get college football scholarships. i can give a ton of parents as testimonals to this. I can also give you a list of many many college football coaches accross the country that i speak to all the time who will tell you about the work i do and the integrity of my organization. I played college football at West Virgina Univeristy in 1990 ( go look that up if u want- went to h.s at st john vianney hs in holmdel nj graduated 1990- after WVU my freshman year i transfeered and played at the University of Delware- look that up also ). I worked in the financial services industry for the last 14 years as a trader and was recognized for my ability and interity. Look on Traders Magazine online and you can read a feature they did on me in the feb 2009 issue- titled "with an ear to the ground" which details how i helped my firm navigate the financial crisis on wall street in 2008 trading financial stocks. Hey, if you did receive e-mails from this scammer and still have them available, post the full heading so some of us can trace back to where this e-mail is actually being sent from.  Yahoo does a check using domainkeys just to check it is being sent from the place it actually state it is.  This would further expose where the spammer is located.  If you don't know where the "full header" information can be found, just Google and depending on your e-mail host, it will walk you through the steps.  I want to see these jokerr under the jail as much as you all do!!!

If so, why does it give the origanisational, administrative and tech details at  PO Box 61359, Sunnyvale, CA 61359 Phone: (510) 595-2002 which is a hotbed for phishing/scams?  Who set up your website?  Who purchased your domain whereby your could advertise your business?  Something is not right here.  You are either part of the scam or you need to let us know more about how you set up the website with names and numbers which will help to reveal the scammers damaging your good name (BTW, my played for University of Tennessee and was All-American so I know just a little about the college/pro ball recuitment business and I'm not afraid of lawyers -- especially when I have nothing to hide.):

Sunnyvale California, where PO Box 61359 is located is also headquarters for Yahoo, Inc. and there 'could be'  an insider  or former insider with the Yahoo corporation who knows their way around the domain registration system. This may be why Yahoo is getting black eyes with all these scam sites being hosted by their company.  

As you all can see, the real problem here is that ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, Marina Del Rey, California, United States - a private company) does not verify banking details and addresses when someone purchases domain names (If Paypal can, why can't they???).  Hey, you just "follow the money" and it will lead you to the criminals every time!  

It is all stress relieving to post on community web boards like this but you really need to phone up your congressman and senators and have them place pressure on ICANN to require hosting services to veritify those that purchase sites through banking details.  This would cut down crime and aid law enforcement.  So, are you just spouting off to relieve stress or willing to get mad enough to protect those around you.  Get involved in organizations like CADNA (Coalition Against Domain Name Abuse) Get those phones ringing in Washington now!

I was scammed by a Loren B or Oren, Even pulled the name Mike out of some past emails back n forth. (phn# 818-505-4215). A $1000 gift cert to Xposed Lingerie was exchanged as payment for a shoot. Its obvious that this was a scam. I doubt my purchase will be arriving in the mail. I'm doing more research to shut this guy down. Meanwhile, I would hate to see this happen to anyone else, so I am putting out this warning.

Goes by the name Mitchell Riser (which is a photography instrument by the way) tried to sell me a car that was sold on ebay one week earlier.He wants to have the car delivered by a phony shipping company by the name LSA-Import-Export . Total BS . I reported this idiot to the R.C.M.P. and local authorities.

My business is going well because of the quality of work we do and my integrity. I recently spoke to someone who runs a business and had someone post totally false comments about his company. So this made me think of these posts i read on here last year that made reference to me and my side company- i had not looked at this in a long time so i just saw this post above. How did i set up the web site- on YAHOO- very very simple u go on there and they have a whole thing on how to set up a web site- get a domain- so the names and #'s- try YAHOO-call contact them thats who my web site was set by and through. If you log on yahoo theres a thing where u can go to set up a website- thats what i did- never had a web site before i was told this was a simple way to do it. This domain has only been set up recently so I hope this post saves lots of people time and money.

This number is now connected to a fake quote for HP laptops and HP toner fax scam, using the name
of a legitimate business, but providing different contact information.  The number shows up in the WHO
IS info for the domain listed as the email address contact.

A new website called www.buymomma.com is also registered under this number 1-510-595-2002
The site is registered under all the same registration info as all the other sites reported on here, in California, also a Yahoo! site. The site is registered under the name Shannon Ebejer  with the contact info on the site listed as: 678-590-2896, PO Box 962, Suwanee, GA 30024  The contact info doesn't match up to the registration info. Other info on her site contradicts itself. At least one product she has listed she stole the name of/type of product from another, long-time in business site. I would be very wary of this site. If you try to do a Reverse Search on the PO Box listed on the site, it can't be found. She also goes by the name Shannon Ebejer Eggleton .
