510-711-3968

This number (510-711-3968) called on my cell at 12:22 pm with no message and has since been blocked.  It has been reported on other sites as a silent unsolicited caller.  Do not answer it!  will be reporting it to FTC!

Callerid just shows the phone number, no message,now blocked!

They called my landline.  I called back on my cell but phone was disc. Scammer.

This number called.  I picked up as there was no info about caller.  I asked who was calling, to which I got 'energy solutions.'  As I am in the middle of work, I said I was busy and couldn't take the call.  The caller then asks, "why did you pick up the phone? " with a slur.     I hope this group is taken to task.

Did not leave a message.

Just received 5 attempted phone calls within one second of each other from this number.
My call protect app auto blocked it for me. Flagged as "Potential Fraud"

Another nobody there call - and more on the L&M's cell phone - very annoying

Number called me; I picked up; no voice or anything and it hung up after 11 seconds.

Friend of mine in sales says he thinks that “last stab” before hanging up is to 1) piss you off and 2) get them ready for their next call. Cowardly and unnecessary!

Called, didn't leave a message.  Caller ID (probably spoofed) showed it was from Oakland, CA

I have gotten several of the calls. When I didn't answer on several several calls for several weeks at a time, they should get the hint not to call me again.  It has become borderline harassment or stalking.   I hope you really did go the FTC. Maybe I will too. Thank you.

Just got a dial from these digits - picked it up at work (Used to getting relatively important calls while at work, and 3:00 is not a normal time for spammers). I picked up the phone and said "Hello" then "Hello?" a couple of times more - a good awkward silence of 7 seconds or so passed when I hear a woman's voice, she sounded tired - or inattentive. "Good Afternoon" she said with an upscale voice, as if I should know who she was.  I replied "Good afternoon, who is this?" *CLICK* Not sure what they wanted, but they certainly weren't patient enough to get it.

I assumed it was a case of Wrong Number. I hate it when telemarketers and scammers don't converse though - why are they in the business if they can't handle a simple "Hey, who is this?"

Called 12:41 PM 1/4. DNA, no msg left.
