Received a call and message from this number. The 1st part of the call was cut off but the machine got the rest. It was the usual, "You are being summoned to appear before a magistrate judge." The rest has to do with a grand jury for a federal criminal offense and that this call is the final attempt to reach me. It was a robocall and the person (female) left this number for the "Federal Agent Callback Number." I have an app that shows what's up with these numbers. Blocked number and deleted message.

I had the same experience as the previous post. First part of the cal is cut off and it says I need to contact a federal agent

Exact same message as Aaron. So annoying!

I had a message from this number. A woman with a threatening voice saying something like "You are being summoned to appear before a magistrate judge. Failure to return this call ... bla, bla, bla, something about a grand jury for a federal criminal offense and that this call is the final attempt to reach me. The caller ID and the Number she gave to call back were the same.
