Called received at 10:31 a.m. claiming to be from the Social Security administration advising me that my ss number had been flagged with fraudulent /suspicious activity.  If I didn't choose to speak to an agent, my number would be suspended. Did not choose their option, called number direct.  Man with a heavy mid eastern accent answer as 'Social Security Administration', I asked for his name, I was passed on to another individual, a woman, I asked for her name, she states she is waiting to speak to 'the scammers', immediately we were disconnected!

This was a recorded call and claimed to be the Social Security Administration. Stated my SS number would be suspended because of fraudulent/suspicious activity in the state of Texas. Received a call before and the man spoke with a very thick accent. He wanted to argue with me. Even after I told him I WORKED for the government. IDIOTS!

I live in Cook County, Illinois.  Received this call today about 2:11 PM CST.  Robocall started speaking before the outgoing message completed, so I didn't hear the beginning, but

"... is going to be suspended in the next 24 hours for committing some suspicious and fraudulant activity in the state of Texas.  Contact us as soon as possible on 510-735-8460 or press 1 to connect this call to one of the officers."

Don't answer unrecognized #'s.  Same robocall scam messsage left as above.  # now blocked.  Thanks to all who post here!  Saves me a lot of grief.

Exactly the same call as described above on my recorder.  I deleted it pronto!!
