IRS scam call. Left message threatening jail and federal claims court concerning tax fraud. It is a not a real person. Received 3 of the same calls yesterday but male recorded voice but was from a different number.

510-868-0065: Robo call, and the city that showed on my called ID is Berkley, CA, of course from the liberal pieces of garbage not wanting to work, trying to get money any way they can. I am so sick of this.  The Federal Government knows where you live, they are not going to call you, they are just going to show up!!!!!

Robocall scam. Supposedly legal actions are being taken against me by the IRS.

They left a voice msg on my landline saying this was their final attempt to reach me before they turned it over to Federal Claims and I'd be arrested. She left the number 510-868-0065, so I looked it up on 800notes.com before calling back from my cell phone.  I got a woman with an accent (sounded from India). She asked me my name & when I received the call. I told her my name & said a couple minutes ago. She then asked me when was the last time I filed my taxes? I told her she should know that. She then started to admonish me, stating I am not calling my local IRS office. She said I was calling the IRS Criminal Investigations Dept. I said: "WHAAAAAT?!!!" Then she hung up on me.

Did not answer, left message:  IRS saying Tax Fraud against me and I need to call them back right away to resolve the matter.   IRS SCAM

These calls are courtesy of the conservative piles of trash that fought tooth and nail against Do Not Call in the first place, and make sure that it is underfunded and understaffed.,,anything to protect their fellow business criminals!

I didn't answer, they left a message.  Tax Fraud against me call them before jail etc.  I called IRS to report them.  Had to do it online.  Gave IRS the number and the other information they were asking for.  Never heard back from IRS
