When I answer they hang up. I have recieved many calls from this no.

Called me but I couldn't answer because I am at work.  Didn't leave a message.  Then called my husband.  Claimed they are from "Civil Rights" and left a case no. and a 1-888 number for me to call back.  Do we not have enough scams out there already?

Call me they have some important papers to sent to me and asked me what my name was after they said my name I said I was not there. Ha scammers...

Called from civil rights, delivering a summons between 9 and 4. Told her that legit summons don't call first. Said she didn't have time to argue and hung up on me :)

Called and wanted someone that hasn't lived here for years!  lol, she hung up on me. lol.  She called and said she is from the civil rights,   Scam.......

I so tired of this [***] with these companies calling me and messing up my day at work.

How do you get these people to stop callling

Someone from this number called my landlords asking for me about a summons- both wife and husband. Really freaks me out because I have never given anyone my landlords numbers out to ANYONE. I've tried to call the number back but no one answers

Called for my husband said she was with civil procedures gave me 8888701939 number and a case number and said a sheriff has been trying to serve my husband told her sounded like a scam asked her name and she hung up

They say they are Fraud
I think we should call them!

Was who they said they were.
I knew they were frauds because they were rude when I asked them questions about why they were calling for a family member!

Invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on numbers you do not recognize.

I called the 888 number. They had all of my personal information😨 without me telling them. Should I have not called it. I'm freaking out

They called me with my personal information and said that they wanted to summons me over the phone.  They gave me a 1-800 number to call, with a case number.  I called, and they sounded really legit.  However, I know that they're a scam.  They told me that I was getting sued by "Personal cash advance," for a cash advance that I didn't pay back.  This confirmed that they are a scam because I don't owe any money to any cash advance.  I don't know which website they hacked into to get my personal information, but I yelled at them for wasting my time and told them that I was going to report them.  They are truly a nuisance!!!!!!

This number has called me multiple times with no message. Finally today, my grandmother calls me freaking out about a lawsuit against me in Austin. They gave her a 888-864-4232 number and a case number. I haven't tried to call it yet but I assume its a scam, I just want to know how they got my grandparents phone number!

Scam call.  Attempts to get you to call another number about an "urgent business issue."

I called to see what his was. The guy was extremely rude, I told him to stop being a dick and that he needed to calm down. He then told me he was going to put my number on Craigslist for everyone to see. He said that everyone in America would be calling me. He hung up on me. I called back, this is not my account. I am not the person they want.  Then he said he’d be calling the sherif because I was harassing them. I have received so many phone calls from these people that I finally had to make it stop. He said I was lying!! This is some crap!
