Called today claiming to be from RX Pharmacy Services and wanting to verify my information to mail out some topical pain cream to me or my doctor. She said it was part of my benefits. I told her that I did not order or want anything sent to me. She hung up. I'm fairly certain this is someone attempting to verify personal information for identity theft. I wouldn't go there.

Male called today claiming to be from RX Pharmacy Services and wanting to verify my information.  I asked many questions about who they were and if they were cold calling because I did not have any relationship with RX Pharmacy Services and they denied it and said they just wanted to verify my information before they could tell me anything.  I said that I would not tell them anything.  We said Goodbye.  I have had many, many calls from this number.  Tried to answer many times, with no one responding until now.

Man called from RX Pharmacy Services about topical cream for my husband as a benefit of his insurance. We actually both have the same insurance so I was confused they would call only for him and not me, and they would call our home number. We never give out our home number. It's only for emergencies. I asked for a number so my husband could call back and they gave me 855-371-3933.

Man from RX Pharmacy Services said he wanted to verify my information as he had topical crème for pain medication to send me. Wanted to verify my address, nothing I requested or filled out. Believe to be a scam.
