Caller stated they were law firm.  They are actually a debt collection company that likes to use threats to collect money.  Be cautious in dealing with them.  Report any illegal dept collection practices they may try to use against you to the proper authorities.

Caller states they are a law firm. Threatening to have a warrant issued for arrest if debt is not paid by 5:00 p.m.  I checked with the local district attorney's office and they stated they would not prosecute a 7 year old pay day loan..it would have to be filed civilly not criminally as the "attorney"  had threatened. The district attorney's office said they had received many calls like mine. He threatened that they had me on video tape and had my fingerprints and photo on record. I am glad I spent the time researching and did not go to a Moneygram location like the caller said I would need to do. After researching I found out that pay day loans in Texas are not prosecuted as "hot checks" as the caller claimed. So if you receive a call from a J Sullivan or a Mrs. Campbell with Mediation and Arbitration Services hang up and report them to the Texas Office of the Attorney General.
