"Hi my name is Michelle Stevens, I'm calling in reference to a legal matter.... I'm sorry... reference number (hangs up)..."

You could tell she was being coached in the background to read from the scripted material....

I did not answer call but male caller left a voicemail stating that "This is a call regarding a bounced check.  The reference number is..."  I found this to be odd since I write very few checks.  I called my bank and they said that I did not have any bounced checks.  Very strange...

some one named Michelle Watson called me and when I called back she asked my name, when I refused to say "yes" on a recorded line she hung up on me. I called back and she refused to give me any info and kept hanging up on me. She claimed they were litigators but Ive never dealt with any one in the legal profession that hung up on someone for asking for more information. Im sure this is a scam bc they called me from a Texas number and then gave me a New York number to call back.. when I googled the number its comes up as a "hobby" number.  Weird. Gonna report this number
