Received a prerecorded voicemail from "Vincent" claiming to be a "local real estate investor" wanting to see if I would accept an offer on my property, with a request to call 512-270-9366. I am on the National Do Not Call Registry, never contacted any real estate agent with any interest in selling property.  Blocked, and filed a complaint with the FTC. Full transcript of voicemail left:

"Hi there, my name is Vincent and I’m a local real estate investor, I just wanted to touch base with you regarding about the property that I think you might be the owners of. I just wanted to see if you’d consider an offer on your property there. If you are, please give me a ring at 512-270-9366. Thank you and have a good day."

Yep, robo call from Vincent.

Got a text from this number saying "Hi Jamie, can I give you a call?" I text back and asked who it was and got no response.
