This number was posted as a reply to my Craigslist ad to sell my camera. Email was from Mark Williams and the email/phone number is from a known scam artist.

I am getting bizarre emails from this guy with the same phone number.  I also have a camera for sale ($6000.00)  His questions are absurd and English is obviously not his native language.  He wants to use paypal to purchase it, sight unseen.

obviously a scammer - wants me to use paypal for him to purchase my camera (listed on craigslist) and buy it sight unseen, it's $6000.00.  His questions about the equipment make no sense - from photographer's point of view -

He is at it again, just responded to an ad for an expensive camera $1000 I have on CL.

Same with me! We have a camera on Craigslist. Thanks everyone for the heads up!

This is a typical scam, and the emails look like this:

I just replied back to the email..and dropped a virus on his ass..hahahaha

Just got a message from someone off of craigslist looking to buy my digital camera.  Same phone number but the name is Michael Smith.  The inquire was very similar to the ones above.

I have a camera for sale on CL and have received this email:

I actually live in Austin so I thought nothing of the number and called it. it went to a Google voice number, which made me suspicious.
