Scammer! It's an automated recording saying you have warrant for your arrest from and "automated police officer" lol uh ya no they don't warn you through robot voice...

Fraud.   The IRS doesn't make phone calls like this.

Scammer!!! Recorded message saying it is officer Steven White and he is calling from the IRS. He says there is a lawsuit filed against you.  IRS does not call you, they communicate by mail. Plus that accent makes it more obvious that its a scammer

On may 19-2017 , Someone called many cellphone and l leaft a fonny messages said , this is  IRS an officer issuing a warrant of my arrest , then called their number back and was a lady answered me with foriene accent seems for Pakistan or Bangladesh, she said this is IRS , I told her your are not , I am not a stupid person please IRS doesn't call people on the phone , and she hung up ,
