Back in September 2007 I get a phone call at work and it was a guy called Travis Watson stating that he had a warrant for my arrest because I owe for a loan. First of all he didn't even say where he was calling from or anything else but that. Of course, I got scared and asked what was it for and he said that it was for a loan of $150 and that now I owe over $550. I told him that I could give him the Full amount of the loan so he can close my file and refused. Well I had to wire him $100 in order for him not to send the paperwork to the authorities.Anyway I was scared and wired the $100 a month later I get another call at work from a Rich Franklin stating the same thing that I falied to send more money and he had issued a warrant. I ignored it and a day later he calls me again at work and I was already gone and he went and told a co-worker my personal business that I commited a fraud and that I was going to go to jail for that. I was so mad when my co-worker called my cell to tell me about this guy, so right away I called the FTC and they recommended me NOT to send anymore money because this company is a SCAM they are not real. I'm just getting tired of all the phone calls I get at work (at least 5 times) everyday. I had asked for paperwork and refused to send it to me, I also asked for name and address of the Co. and also refused to give me that info. I think we all have to get together somehow and have these guys arrested.

I have 3 different phone #'s for them which are:

I have him calling me all the time to threatened me with a warrant and so on. He calls my job all the time using the name Brian Walters if Im not mistaken.. Dont pay him nothing he cant do nothing to you.

I wrote to the Office of the Attorney General in Austin Texas and they are going to do an investigation. The thing is we all have to write to them so the investigation will be faster. Below is their email address and also a website they gave me to Report them there as well.

Reports that a warrant will be issued unless $$$ is sent to Texas via Moneygram at the end of the day.  Called numerous persons related to victim (my daughter) and told all of kinds of lies about bouncing checks and the DA Office doing the warrant and etc.  Caller identified himself as Travis Watson.

What you all need to do is state what sites you put your financial information on so you can narrow down which one is corrupt or has been compromised. They will continue until it is figured out.

Received a call from this number asking to verify an address to send a supoena on a case filed against friends of mine.  Said if I was in fact not involved in the case, he would need to hear from my friends.  I called the number, and the person who left the message answered.  He never asked me for my address, but asked to have my friends get in touch with him because a warrant might be issued for their arrest.

he called and said that if i was a true dad i would help out my son and send the 1000.00 before the end of the day and if not the da would file papers not just to my son but his wife, me, my wife, and his grand mother. he also said we all would have to apper in teaxes court and if we did not we would be held in contempt of court.  who ever this joker is i hope they get caught. and delt with properly like old justes not this new justic....
