I got a call from this number today. First person to speak to me was Mrs. Campbell, who when I couldn't understand her name and asked her to repeat it said very rudely and slowly "MRS. CAMPBELL," stating she was calling from "State Attrouney Robert Davis's" office. I looked up the 512 area code and it's a completely different state from where I have lived my entire life. She then put a man on the phone who identified himself as Attourney Robert Davis. He said a warrent was about to be issued for my arrest for writing a bad check, and that I was on surveillance camera writing the bad check. I have never written a bad check. He said it was an amount for a felony offence. He did have my social security number, and that if I paid him $810 today the matter would be closed and the warrant would not be issued. I told him I was going to have to contact an attourney on the matter and he said that was fine, paperwork would be mailed to my employer concerning this matter.

Both of these tacticts are illegal scare tactics by collections agencies which I am aware of, and I know they can't send any paperwork to my employer unless I have a judgement against me. I have reported this number to the Attourney General.

Hahaha I received a call from them as well and I had sooo much fun calling them back and harassing them as well They will stop calling if you call them back and block your number if you swamp them with calls. Have fun:)
