I got a phone call from this guy to ask me about a special I had put on Craigslist. He asked me is that you? I asked, "what ad was it?" Then he fumbled around searching for the answer, while he was doing that I answered...the vacation ad? And he said yes. I said, How can I help you and he responded, are you doing what the big boys are doing? I said, "I don't know...What are the big boys doing? Then he started to go into is little sales pitch and I interrupted him and asked "are you interested in my ad" and he responded, well since your a smart ass I'm pulling all your ads and hung up. Then he calls back from a blocked number and when I answered he said "well you just got flagged again". What a jerk!!! No wonder the industry has a bad name.

Total f_ckin schizo nut. Replied to a job ad we ran and when we called him back he went into this schizo rant about how everyone doesn't get it and that he is the man.

I kept asking him what he was talking about and I don't think he even knows...

Poor, tormented soul. Mental illness is a devastating thing.

Again ....

I market a business on the internet and I received an email with a name and a phone number. I called and spoke to this man, Mark Baker 512-502-5384. Before I'd said much he started telling me "here's the deal...I know what I'm talking about." So I said it sounded like he had it all under control, whereupon he said it sounded like I was a "stupid c*nt for not listening to him". I hung up the phone then he called back and left a message saying he was going to turn my ip address in to places and tell them I am in violation of their policies and get me banned.
Now I have no idea how to combat this kind of internet terrorism but I would like to make sure it doesn't happen to you or anyone you know.

Once more ....

This was the most disgruntled, upset, and unhappy man I have ever spoken to. He has ALL of the answers before I could even speak. He immediately goes into his scripting (that is obviously rehearsed with great anger) and then when you point out the facts about your organization or ask a question he gets all the more angry at you.

So, since he was basically yelling the entire call, not allowing me to respond to his questions or thoughts and he was being very illogical, I hung up on him.

LOL he tried calling me back by blocking the number...What a dud! That didn't work when you were 12, it's not going to work now.

Good luck to you Mr Mike...Logic and customer service are definitely not your strong points.

Here's one that resulted in legal action ....

I am a mid-level marketing executive who recently took on a number of energy drink promotions accounts. The person or persons affiliated with this number began calling me 1-2X a day, identifying themself as Marty Bennet. They told absurd lies, saying that I HAD BEGUN CONTACT w Mr. BENNET and that Mr. Bennet worked with the corporate headquarters of the company employing me. I obtained Mr. Bennet's private e-mail and phone, and bluntly told him to stop. Then he sent me this:

GO F*** YOURSELF .....

YOU CONTACTED ME AT 1:30AM A FEW NITES AGAIN SO TAKE A GERNADE ... STICK IT UP YOUR A** WITH YOUR "THREATS" AND THE HARVARD S**T DON'T MEAN CRAP CONSIDERINGBUSH 43 WAS AN IVY LEAGUER


AGAIN .... F*** OFF AS YOUR "THREATS" DON'T MEAN S**T CONSIDERING YOU ARE
A MLM SCAMMER"

Sent it on to my lawyer.

The message is full of profanities, remarks about my family, and more.

Someone help this guy out and arrest him so that the judge can order medical care.

The previous message typifies the complaints that posters make against this clown.


1) Cold calls "prospect"

2) Goes into sales pitch, talking over "prospect"

3) Is introduced to "Mr. Dialtone"

4) Starts making harassing phone calls, threats, and vulgar insults

5) Dismisses the above by claiming it was the "prospect" that called him LOL

Let us not lose sight of the fact that I am merely a reporter.  I do not fabricate complaints,  I gather them and present them.

The complaints come from dozens, if not hundreds, of people who have had the misfortune to have contact with you.  The reports come from people all over the country.  They don't know each other.  There is no conspiracy.  Yet they all have the same thing to say.

1) YOU cold call THEM

2) YOU enter into a sales pitch

3) THEY tell YOU not interested

4) YOU lose it, go psycho, start harassing, threatening, smearing, getting vulgar, etc etc

5) When confronted YOU then claim that THEY tried to get something for nothing


ALL of these people with the exact same story.

YOU ALONE with a different story.

If this were a jury trial the deliberations would not last five minutes, LOL

Mitch becker calls me and says: This is mitch becker from texas. I work and live at the same number and get telemarketing calls all the time. I am trying to screen it and ask who are you-- i did not call you and he says
"And that is why I will never vote for salin palin because all you women are just airheads" and hangs up
i call him from my cell line and tell him you called me buddy-- just trying to screen my calls- you cannot treat people like this. he screams in phone calling me names using profanity and being very offending and insulting.
He says he has a software scanning company he works with in california that scans thigns off craig's list people looking to boost their business' that is how he found me i think and then he calls and harrasses me. before he knew who it was calling back he told me he goes after realtors so realtors and women be on alert

This guy is deeply disturbed - and very foulmouthed. No idea what his 'business' is since we didn't get that far before his dishonesty made me politely terminate the call. He called back with foul language as a private caller.

For the record, I do not know Noman or Sherlock. What I do know is you called me and solicited your "business". I told you I did not need nor want your service and you started cursing me on the phone. You then hung up and started making prank calls to me for several days. That's a fact. I'm quite certain you have not had any success whatsoever.
