I have had over 5 faxes tring to come through my home phone no. It is very irritating to say the least.  I want them to stop trying to fax me any informtion.  They need to verify the phone nos. verses the fax nos.
Probably are that smart - asking to much from this company.

Received a call from this # on my cell phone.  When I returned the call, I spoke w/the help desk.  I was told the call was from a good number, but it was it was in regard to having children on Medicaid which I do not.  She said to just disregard.  However, if you have gotten mistaken fax calls from them, if you will call that number back, there is a prompt for that problem to help you.

I received this unsolicited call and let it go to voice mail.  They didn't leave a message.

How did they get my number?  They called my cell phone and it's registered with the National Do Not Call Registry (https://donotcall.gov/).

I got a call from the 512-506-7000.  It appears to be a main Texas Medicaid number.  However, the person who called me simply hung up.  When I called back I was informed that they are currently not able to put me on hold or send me to an operator.  I was hung up on again.  A pityfully rude system, if it is Texas Medicaid

Received a call and there was no one one the other end called it back and got the same info as the others above , just annoying to receive calls and no answer when you respond.

Same as above. Get these every 6 months or so.

look your number up on the net seems phone companies are allowed to post them without your permission.....real good privacy for us right......NOT

A "Frank Heald" keeps repeatedly calling our office with an important matter and that we must call him back either today or tomorrow.  This has been going on for at least a week which is harassment.  We have no dealings with anyone in Texas.  

Number for Texas Medicaid

This is a call from the Texas HIPP program in Austin.  HIPP is the Texas Health Insurance Premium Payment (HIPP) program.

This is the call-out switch-board number for Medicaid in Austin, Texas.  If you receive a phone call from this number they should give you a 1-800 number to return a call to.  If you call 512-506-7000 you will probably not get through to Texas Medicaid - but, if you do get through the person that answers the call will not know which 1-800 number you should be calling.  This is the weird problem with old tech PBX phone systems that never worked correctly with caller ID.

Yes, it might be HIPP... or it might be CHIP or any of the other Medicaid programs... each of which ave a different 1-800 number to call back to.
