called twice 3/14/14 and 3/15/14  (512-518-6910) "MNS" on the caller ID. They do not leave a message. If you are reading this "MNS" get a life and stop harassing people.  

I am receiving one call a day after I changed my subscription to the Hartford Courant. Only getting Sunday paper, guess they want me to go back to 4 days a week.  Annoying!!

No clue either, but thanks for your posts.  They called tonight and left no message.  I don't respond to partially blocked numbers with abbreviated names that make no sense.  These guys can drive off a pier for all I care.  Going to block them now.

512-518-6910 caller ID shows 'Texas'.  I don't live in TX, don't do business with anyone from there.  They don't leave a message & if I don't know who it is, I don't answer.  Probably just another idiot no doubt trying to get $$

I see from the initial comments in 2012 that some people had started receiving these calls after canceling their newspaper subscriptions.
Interesting as I had also canceled mine within the last 6 months.

Getting calls every day and twice a day. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. They just called at 8 AM, I am so sick of these calls. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

today is the first time the 512-518-6910 number has called me.  they called at least twice today. they may have called while i wasn't home.  i don't know who they are.  i haven't changed newspaper subscriptions.  i have no debt.  i've been on the do-not-call registry for years. i check the dnc registry every few months and my number is still on it.
i don't answer the phone unless i know who is calling.  these bozo's (and all the others) eventually stop dialing your number if you don't answer.  we just have to suffer through all of them.  

Received numerous calls from this number to my cell phone. They never left a message.

It is a telemarketing call center. The number is listed as "Bandwidth.com VoIP in Austin, TX" according to switchboard.com. They push newspaper and cable subscriptions and probably many other things.

One call answered was a solicitation for local newspaper and another call was a solicitation for local cable service. Both callers identified themselves as representatives from the local service they were marketing.

Got a call from them offering the local paper at 20 cents a weekend for 6 months. Wanted me to pay with a credit card and I refused so they said they would bill it. Talked to the newspaper, it is legit.

These calls had stopped for awhile then restarted a few days ago.  I have received 2-3 calls a day from this number over  the last 3 days.

Received several texts from this number claiming they wanted to purchase a Harley motorcycle I had posted on Cycle Trader earlier that day. They didn't dispute the price and didn't even want to see the bike. In fact he claimed to be in the Air Force serving our country and phone calls were strictly prohibited. I quess texting is ok!!!  Anyway he wanted to deposit our desired sale price directly into our Pay Pal account. After we agreed to that he requested we get a $1000 cashiers check for the company picking the bike up and he would include that amount along with $100 additional into our account for our cooperation. Needless to say I was extremely skeptical and let him know there was no deal.  He actually e-mailed us at 1:30 am to make sure the deal was on. I believe this is a young prankster who needs adult supervision
