called my cell too. telling me they have a case. this is the same payloan that was sold to the third company trying to collect. telling me i am guilty. if i was guilty i would have been in jail along time ago. its income tax time so these people are coming out of the woodworks.

received a phone call from 512-541-1527 Investigator Travis Smith Shiefield and Broker....stating felony charges are pending against me for three bad checks related to a payday loan....I requested to speak with his I started asking him information and he was reluctant to answer... I can hear noise in the back ground ,.....similar to telemarketers...This people will go through any length to collect money... Dam [***]

yes i decided to call that number after 9 pm and got that Travis Smith crap. not paying a dime. status of limitations will be up soon. plus even if I would pay it would be only for what was owed on the payloan and not some extra amount!
