I got several calls , my family, friends, my job have been getting calls from this "investigator" saying I owed for an old pay day loan and I needed to take care of it.  In a call he made to one of my family member he identified himself as a US Marshal telling them that I had 3 felony charges pending and they were going to throw me in jail.  When I talked to them today I asked for their badge or id number and he said they are not marshal's they are investigators and said they would never say that and whoever did could be fired.  At that time he proceeded to give me "A LOT" of information about me (which is scary) but also tell me I had this bogus charge.  I told him I would be more than happy to take care of it if he could just send me some paperwork, proof , something that I owed this money.  He got very angry and said I was like all of the other dead beats who don't want to pay their bills.  I told him again, I would be happy to if he could simply send me some information.  He ended up telling me that he would be turning my case over and I should enjoy jail and hung up on me!

I got a call from investigator Collins saying that I owe this money that he was going to turn it over to my state to be prosecuted I didn't reply because I don't write checks any money I owe have been paid send me some paper work on this matter and I will be glad to take care of it

I noticed this number on my phone  today, but they were not able to leave a message.  Some hours later they called a residence that I lived about 8 years ago and left a message that upset the person that lives there. I wished there was a way to stop these people from harassing others who are not the one that they are looking for. I will not return the call, the way I look at it why don't they send paperwork by certified mail if its legitimate.

I have had a few calls from these clowns. Yes I owe money, I am willing to pay. They won't send me any information by US mail. They will send info by email. I made a few phone calls on who actually owns my debt, and it's not them. I need to take a trip to Texas and find that Mr. Wilkins and show him just what I think of his threats. I plan on paying my debt, but I'm not giving one hard earned penny to them [***] clowns.
