Received call that is clearly a scam...

Received a call from someone with an Indian accent claiming to be from some Housing Department.  There was a lot of static but was able to determine they were offering me $25000.  I hung up on them.  The caller ID said it was a Texas number.

They called again and refused to remove me from their call list even when I informed them I was on a do not call list until I listened to them.  They claimed to be calling from the US government and stated they were offering me a grant for housing for $25000.  When I said the US government would not be calling to offer me money and they certainly would not ask someone with a very thick Indian accent and poor English, he became very angry and accused me of being a racist,  I hung up.    

I keep getting calls from 512-541-4591 from Texas stating I have been selected to receive a grant from the US Housing Government for $25000.00 and all I have to do is go to a CVS a register then go to Western Union and receive the voucher for the money.

I got a call from the same #, even better I got an email from them with the # on it saying they were from a loan comapany and my loan was approved for $3200 all I had to do was prove to them that I had $175 in my bank acct!!

got the same call but turned it over to my attorney to follow up on the scam.
