Calls daily even though I have number on block list

funny, 512-Austin area code. caller ID says Newark, NJ. left no msg but then came back as another 512 number

Called, rang twice, when I answered they hung up. Called back, recording said "Thank you for calling." Then hung up. Blocked and reported number. I'm really annoyed with all these freaking phone calls from telemarketers even though I have my number on the "DO NOT CALL" list.

Same thing happened to me except I didn’t call  back I just looked online for who the number belonged to

CALLED 3X TODAY. they don't answer.

THIS NUMBER KEEPS CALLING ME. WHEN I PICK UP THERE IS NEVER ANYONE THERE.

Two calls today. Caller ID says NEWARK, NJ (all in caps), no one ever there. Lately any call that comes in as all CAPS seems to be a phony number. Sure wish there was a way the phone providers could eliminate these calls, very aggravating.
