512-717-9031

I have received multiple calls from 888-679-4051 for someone else that they claim owes a debt.  The return phone number left on the voicemail is 512-717-9031 ext 3019 for Alexander.  The last voicemail also advised they will serve the person thru their human resource department today if the call is not returned.  This is one of many calls.  I called the number back, the recording initially stated First Recovery Services, then quickly transferred to a female who stated "DIR, this is Alexander's desk, what is your phone number.  I advised her I am receiving multiple phones for someone else's debt.  She stated, "Clearly the number is registered to them, what is the phone number".  What is ironic about this is, it is my ex husband of 20 years ago.  When we divorced, I moved 7 states away to avoid him.  I have not seen or spoken to him since.  I did not have this phone number 20 years ago.  Without telling her, all of this...I advised her that I was only calling to let her know I have filed a complaint with the FTC and Department of Justice.  She quickly hung up.  My statement was true, I did file both complaints.  At this point, I guess we can only block the phone numbers.

This is a fake number claiming i owe some money and i dont know how they got this number and saying tje debt i owe was back in 2007... im very tired of the fake calls and really want them to stop and i never got a loan in 2007 and this is not my same number from 2007 and i never recieved any mail saying i owe anything.... so dont answer for them... ITS ALL FAKE AND IS A SCAM

Bogus voicemail claiming there is a civil complaint against. Much of message is inaudible. Whenever you are advised "you've been notified" it's a scam. A true legal action serves you physically with papers.
This is the 3rd scam call I have received today!

I was getting calls from this number for several months, first it was a man informing me that I had been named in a law suit and I needed to call right away, now it is a woman.  I don't owe anyone money and have never received any notification of such in mail.  These have got to be scam calls.  Bring it on serve me with legal papers.

Robo voice message received 3:34pm on Thursday 08 June 2017 from 512-717-9031 caller ID "AUSTIN  TX".

Exact same message I received:
Tuesday 23 May from 862-229-1351 caller ID “NEWARK  NJ”,
Tuesday 30 May from 479-777-8585 caller ID "MENA  AR",
Friday 02 June from 980-265-9956 caller ID "CHARLOTTE  NC", and
Monday 05 June 2017 from 207-835-8347 caller ID "NOT_AVAILABLE",

“This is [Emay]? management.  We have made numerous attempts to contact you in regards to your pending complaint.  A decision must be made today.  Your input would be appreciated but is not necessary to process this claim.  This is a very important matter.  Please respond immediately.  The phone number is 702-781-3628.  Or press one to be connected to a live representative.”

None of these numbers are known to me and I have no pending complaints.  Perhaps I should have one with Verizon for allowing these types of calls to their customers.
