Got a message from Donna Richardson, Impact Solutions, saying they received my complaint and were getting ready to fax it over to the complainant and please contact them before legal action was taken. It was actually a call for my daughter but she has never spoken to these people.

Tom Stern from Impact calling about a tax issue.  I have no tax issue.  This is definitely a scam.

Got call from Patricia Moore,  also is calling family...said she would be pursuing me at work and hm. Legal complaint..it's a scan..impact solutions company name.. making threats  dies not sit well with me.

Called me again, once a week.  Donne Richardson.  When I said it was a scam Donna hung up on me.  Called back again and the next person did not hang up.  Said they were not a scam and that my daughter filled out some application and put me as a reference...NOT.  She would let me know.  Said they are a mediation firm.

Called me today & said something about some kind of complaint with a tax issue. It's obviously a scam.

What a joke, kept calling for my step-mom. After multiple calls I politely told them if they didn't take me off their calling list my attorney who is real and licensed would be submitting a comp;aint. The receptionist then told me "[***] please" and "that they won't take me off their list and would also call my work". Trash. Do not answer and just block the number like I did.

I got a call from Melissa summers for my wife saying she was actively pursuing her at work and our residence. This was the number to the " legal department."

Refused to provide a business address, business ID number, or details regarding the chamber of commerce with which they claim to be registered. Then "Summer Kelly" actually had the nerve to tell me that she didn't have to establish the validity of her company, despite the fact that SHE initiated contact with me and was taking up my precious time. She eventually hung up :) I get a lot of pleasure out of answering scam calls, and encourage everyone to do it! It's an entertaining way to get a laugh during the work day.

Stupid people keeping calling my work telling my HR that if I do not call them within the hour someone will be at my job to serve me-SO NOT HAPPY with this! I have no idea who these people are! BARBARA DAVIS needs to stop calling my work!!!

REAL process servers DO NOT WARN you that they are coming.  Inform your HR department that this us a SCAM trying to extort money from you.  Phone  calls are NOT official notification of anything.
Give your state attorney general a call.

How about not answering unknown calls-they only continue to call because you continue to answer. Also do not call them back-by doing that you are probably getting more calls. Got a message  from someone  (never left name or company  they were representing). Just that the company  wants to resolve  this matter today and will call my HR  dept.  If I didn't  respond  back.
