The telephone and Austion, TX.

They call almost every day! even on SUNDAYS! and don't ever leave a message!...

How long have they been calling?  If it has been a long time, why is it just now that you looked it up and posted here about it?

This person needs to be stopped. Calling people on a Sunday is unnecessary.

Called on a Sunday on  my landline from Austin TX. I know no one in Austin. No message left, so i am blocking them

I would almost bet that this is the Fraternal order of Police fundraising scam. Almost every single one of my 512-717-9--- number in 2015 was from this "fundraising organization." If you unwisely decide to donate to them, know that police departments and actual police men get little, if anything from them.

But would not the Caller ID show that it is for them?  I have received calls from them, and usually it says TAST = Texas Association of State Troopers.
