A rep from this research firm called my office today on behalf of the Atlanta Housing Authority.  They asked the primary function of our business, is the business 51%+ owned by women, is the business 51%+ owned by a minority, what was our revenue from 2014 - 2016 (didn't have an answer), and she confirmed our phone number.  We are in the real estate business and I answered what I could.

It sounds as if they call to do surveys for any number of different reasons, based on what their clients hire them to do.  I wouldn't consider it a scam or a call to worry about, but if it bothers you block the number.

Claim to be professional research firm . Talk about using the word professional loosely. Don't answer or call back unless you want to converse with a mental midget

I got a call from this number asked some survey questions for 10-15 minutes for improving Bycycling conditions in my neighborhood

I received a call from this number at 8:45 P.M. and I did not recognize the number so I did not answer.  Looks like it was not a call I would want to take anyway.
