Whoever this is... stop calling me!!!!!

This number is from a Collection Agency.   Isn't that Harrassment??

wtf why is this call coming to me?  How can I block this #.  Never heard of 'em and don't owe any money to anyone..

Keep getting calls from APAX Financial for someone who used to have my work number. When I answer it just hangs up. When I call back an automated voice indicates its American express fraud protection and requires a card number. Sounds like a scam to me.

This is a collection agency for a Payday loan place. In my case they are claiming I never paid a check 3 years ago and this is the first I am hearing of it. They also cannot produce the check

I just got a call from 5127659355. No one would talk they just hung on and then after about 10 secs hung up. We are sooooo tired of getting collection calls for people we don't know. Isn't there a law to protect us from this? A politician who we give our vote to needs to start working for the people who put them in office and protect us. It's bullying and there are laws and protection from bullying.

I'm getting the same calls too. I think by now i have got 8 or so of them. They are all the same. How can I stop them from calling me every couple of days?

They have called for the last 5 days and when I answer there is nobody on the line. Does anyone know how to stop these calls? I don't owe a dime to anyone and cannot figure out why they would want to call only to hang up.

These companies still have ways of getting all of your phone numbers, past and present.  What's worse is the name of their company is not their full name!  Apex Financial is an insurance company that is only allowed to work and sell in Georgia.  The insurance company is not.  The creditor is Apex Financial Management.  Watch out for them.  If they call, record and save all the messages then send them to your stated attorney general.  That's what I was told.

My phone keeps telling me I missed a called. It is not possible to miss a call from someone whom you do not know or who chooses not to identify themselves. Collection agencies as it appears here, I'm not sure who the devil this is, are amongst the lowest form of scum and will do anything short of killing you to collect what they think they owe you even if you are the wrong person, don't have the foggiest clue who they are calling for or what they want.

Got a call from this number. No message, no word on what the call is about, who they are calling for, this amounts to stupidity on their part. If it is a hoax, harassment or hiccup, they should go to work for the Obama regime's IRS as those idiots know how to harass people as proven by their own admission. Jeez, stop calling idiots.

 512-765-9355 appears as Apex Financial on Caller ID.
They are a Collections outfit also known as Halstead Financial.

These people from HFC keep calling for my husbands ex wife of 10 years. When he tried to explain it was not her number he was hung up on. He called back to speak with a supervisor who was just as rude.

These people keep calling my husbands cell phone asking for me.  When I returned the call they asked me to verify the last four digets of my SS#.  I refused.  They said they would take me off the call list.  The same thing repeated a week later only they gave me four different digets to verify.  They are phishing.

They just started calling the cell one of one of my children. Not cool!

I answer with daves sperm bank you spank it we bank it and they just hang up

Does anyone have an address.  You can send them a certified letter to stop calling.  That is the best thing to do.  Because being on the list they will still call.  But if you send a certified letter and keep a copy.  That is proof.  Then you can file with FTC with something solid.  Always remember "power of the pen".

But I cannot find the address for Halstead so I can send them a letter - does anyone know it?

Company keeps calling for someone who had my number previously. I'm tired of the calls throughout the day and early morning hours so I am sending a cease and desist letter to the company.
