Left no message

Found this number in my call logs, I wasn't in to take the call.
I am in the 512 area code, but have no idea who or what business this is.
Ironically, many years ago I worked for a burglar alarm company.

All security companies, including all alarm companies, are required by state law to be registered with the state of Texas and all their employees have to undergo background checks (beginning with fingerprints) through the Texas Department of Transportation.

As search engines give no results with any information indentifying who is assigned this number,
I have to consider it a phishing attempt.

Hmm got another call today. Again no message left.  CID for me is blank (only the number is displayed).

This number calls me several times a day and hangs up.  The third time I answer and someone was on the phone trying to talk to me but I told them to stop calling me.  Since then I receive a call couple times a day.
