I received the same call. Answered out of curiosity and it was a recording saying they have been trying to call me for days (first call received) and this is the last chance to lower my credit card interest rates (on cards I don't have).  I tried to call the number back from a different phone, "The number you have dialed in service."  Definitely a scam.

Have been receiving unwanted calls from this number on my cell phone. I do not answer them.

Another area code to block. If it keeps like like this I'll have every area code in Texas blocked.

Received a call on my cell from this number.  It said Lampasas, TX.  Didn't answer, no message was left.

Got a call from 512-768-9055 (TX area code). It was to lower my interest rate on my credit cards.  I pressed 1 to see what type of scam it was. Spoke to a guy.  He wanted me to give the expiration date of my credit card along with the 16 digits of the card.  When I asked him was he crazy, he transferred me to his supervisor.  I asked him the name of the company, he said Card Services.  I asked him his address. At first he asked me to wait.  I asked him why he didn't know the address of his employer.  He gave me 1124 Startrek Lane, Orlando, FL.  As I was asking him these questions, I was on Google looking up everything he said.  There is no Startrek Lane in Orlando, Florida.  When I asked for the callback number, he gave me 850-419-2399. 850419 is the mobile extension for calls coming out of India.  Google is GREAT!  Since he called my cell phone and I was still at work, I dialed the number.  I got an instant busy signal.  The supervisor became agitated and asked me "what's the problem"?  I hung up.  I got enough information to report them on 800notes.com.  I love when a scammer gets busted!

This number keeps calling my house and not talking.

Nothing happened  so tried 1 and got in a obscene verbal battle.

Message: "Last time we will call you. We can lower your interest rates."  One can only wish this would be their last call......

Just got a call. Didn't answer. Immediately came here. Another loser now on the call reject list.

Got a pre-recorded call about credit cards. Said to press 9 to speak to a rep so I did. When the human minion answered I gave him the "raspberry." :-)  It felt great. Then I reported their #, FWIW, to the FTC.

Waste their time by sending them to http://www.jollyrogertelco.com/ or some other similar service.  When wasting their time costs them money they will stop.

Get these on my Sprint cell.... flooding calls from **** security services.  I do not give my # out to hardly anyone, fill out any resumes; very few have my number, just my mother, girlfriend, and best friends (and only 2 of those have it).  Do not even give it to doctors' offices, pharmacy... nothing else at all.  Up to 9 calls a day of this BS.  Only way to get them to really remove you is to get called from a working number and call them back 30 times until they block YOU, once you call back and get beeps instead of an answer (or a recording saying as much) you know you were blocked. lol

They do many SCAMS such as  Cash Advance America,  Microsoft,  Security Systems, IRS, Credit Cards, lowering Credit Card rates, pretending to be debt investigators trying to serve papers, and more. They are not going to do any of the above. They are out to steal your money. With the credit card scam they can't tell you your name or the name of the card that qualify for a lower rate. WILL BE SO HAPPY WHEN THE JUSTICE SYSYEM LOCK THESE FOOLS UP.  BEWARE. MANY PEOPLE WITH DIFFERENT SOUNDING VOICES WORK THESE SCAMS

Got a recorded message from "cardmember services" pressed 9 to be transferred to a rep. The rep sounded like he was from india and there was a hell of a lot of background noise of other people hustling on the phones. Told me I could get a  lower rate on my credit cards. At this point I started making his life difficult by giving confusing / [***] answers. This went on for a few minutes until he finally caught on, called me a "mother f*cker*, then hung up on me.
