Lady said record call and a personal matter

I don’t know the name of who called, or the company she represented. She took a long time to respond to the initial greet, and muddled her words. However, after a few minutes she got to the point that she wanted to know if I wanted to pay an outstanding debt that’s outrageously old, that’s not even on my credit report. Needless to say, I hung up the phone and blocked the number.
